Our Ordering and Shipping Policy sets out how we process orders and ship orders. The Ordering and Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Use and as such is a binding legal agreement.
Any capitalised terms which are not defined in this policy, will have the same meaning as set out in the Terms of Use.

Q1: Can I change my shipping address after the order has been placed?
A1: Yes, we can change your shipping address provided you contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. However, if the order is dispatched before you contact us, the shipping address will not be changed. 

Q2: How can I change my shipping address?
A2: Click on the Helpdesk link here/in the Support tab or using Quick Links.

Q3: Do you charge for domestic shipping?
A3: Nominal shipping charges may apply for domestic shipping depending upon the order value. The shipping charges, if any, as specified at the time of checkout will be payable by you.

Q4: When will I receive my order?

A4: Processing times vary according to the item ordered and usually, it takes [3-5] Business Days (Monday thru Saturday excluding public holidays) for any Product to be dispatched and delivered. The delivery time may be longer depending on various factors such as your location, availability of the product ordered, issues at the end of the carrier partner and other events which are outside of our reasonable control. Your order will be delivered during working hours at the delivery address specified by you at the time of order.

Q5: Is express shipping available?

A5: Express shipping is not available at the moment.

Q6: Do you ship internationally?
A6: Currently, we do not ship outside India and, therefore, do not accept international orders.

Q8: What happens if I do not accept delivery of an order?
A8: If for any reason (not due to our fault) you do not accept delivery of your order then we may charge you additional fee to cover reasonable additional direct costs incurred by us as a result of such non-acceptance (including additional insurance, storage, delivery or similar charges).
