Cancellations and Refunds

Our Cancellations and Refunds Policy sets out how we cancel orders and allow refunds of cancelled orders. The Cancellations and Refunds Policy is part of our Terms of Use and as such is a binding legal agreement.

Any capitalised terms which are not defined in this policy, will have the same meaning as set out in the Terms of Use.

Q1: How can I cancel my order?
A1: Click on the Helpdesk link here/in the Support tab or using Quick Links.

Q2: When can I cancel my order?
A2: You can cancel your order before it has been processed. That is the only way we can refund the full amount you have spent.

Q3: Can I cancel only part of my order?
A3: Yes, you can. You can individually cancel products in your order.

Q4: Why was my order cancelled without my request?
A4: Sometimes we cancel orders for various reasons—the product could be out of stock, of unacceptable quality, shipped to an undeliverable address, etc. Once an order has been cancelled, the refund will be processed immediately.

Q5: Will I get the complete refund for the order I’ve cancelled?
A5: Yes. We will refund the entire amount for a cancelled order.

Q6: How will I get a refund when my order is cancelled?
A6: Once your order has been cancelled, it will take 3-4 business days for your refund to be processed and the amount to be transferred back to the source account. In the case of certain public sector banks, it can take up to 10-15 working days.
